Adam Bedard, YTT is an instructor of Yoga, Qigong, and Tai Chi.  For as long as he can remember, Adam has described himself as a champion of truth.

 

Through his training and practice in Tai Chi and Qigong, he began to experience a tranquility he had not known since childhood; regular practice taught him the power held within these ancient arts.

 

To strengthen his experience, he attended a Vipassana 10-day, 110-hour silent meditation, where he gained deeper self-insight and understanding about the mind function in the mind-body connection. 

 

After teacher-training, he continued to follow his path, and uses his tools of Tai Chi and Qigong to support Sovegna’s holistic approach to addiction recovery through moving meditation.
