Introspection.

Introspection is an important conduit for garnering perspective and personal growth. Sage philosophers, theologians, and scientists throughout history spoke of the importance of introspection. As we allow ourselves time to delve into our depths, we able to clear out that which has not served us well. We are then positioned to create space for grace and new growth, as we explore and find the truth of who we have always been meant to be.

Our therapists are highly trained in multiple therapeutic modalities that are evidence based and aligned with long-term recovery, trauma-resolution, and resiliency development. Their expertise is bolstered by keen understanding of attachment theory and trauma-informed practices.  

Our therapists are trained in EMDR and integrate a variety of psychotherapy skillsets. Each therapist is vetted to our highly effective ketamine-assisted psychotherapy protocol.
