It seems that for a time each January, every email landing in our message box begins with the subject, “New Year, New You!” That leads to the inevitable question, “What is wrong with the old me?” Well, really, there is nothing wrong with the old version of any of us. What a new year does bring, however, is a time for introspection into what is and what is not working in our lives. It’s a time for reflective exploration that expedites insight, healing, and resolution, all critical processes for long-term recovery and health. As Dr. Wiet says:
“As we allow ourselves time to delve into our depths, we are able to clear out that which has not served us well. We are then positioned to create space for grace and new growth as we explore and find the truth of who we have always been meant to be.”
This is what we at Sovegna hope for you this new year: to clear out that which has not served you well in order to grow, achieve wellness, and find your best version of you. Sovegna offers many services that can help you along your journey of self-discovery. Our incredible staff is here to help inspire creativity, deepen human connection, provide medical assistance, and so much more. And this year, we are committed to providing you with even more resources on our new blog. That’s right – “New Year, New Blog.” We hope you’ll bookmark our page and come back often for informative posts about nutrition, meditation, spirituality, and innovative treatments to help you achieve your goals. And follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
We may be almost one month into the new year, but that doesn’t mean we need to wait until next January to begin our introspection. There is no time like the present, and at Sovegna, we are here for you now. Or in June, or October. When you are ready to make major life changes, we are here to help. Call us at (385) 429-9808.
