Chad Chenoweth, MD

Dr. Chenoweth received his doctorate of medicine from Loyola University Chicago in 2011 and moved to Salt Lake City for residency training in 2012. He has worked in addiction medicine since 2016. Dr. Chenoweth approaches his work with the conviction that all those struggling with addiction deserve dignified, compassionate, and conscientious medical care. 

 

Since his move from Illinois Dr. Chenoweth has fallen in love with the mountains and beautiful landscapes of Utah. When he is not working with patients you can expect to find him hiking, running, or riding his bike.
