About Sovegna
Sovegna was created to offer a different kind of care — one that recognizes the complexity of being human. We provide integrated, outpatient mental health and addiction treatment that is individualized, trauma-informed, and rooted in mindfulness. Our work is grounded in the belief that sustained recovery and well-being are possible when care addresses the whole person, not just symptoms or diagnoses.
The name Sovegna comes from an old Italian word meaning “be mindful,” a value that guides every aspect of our approach. We understand that no two journeys are the same, and that healing requires both clinical expertise and genuine human connection.
Our Approach
At Sovegna, we take an integrated, multidisciplinary approach to healing. Our services bring together recovery medicine, integrative psychiatry, skilled therapy, trauma-focused modalities, nutrition, and meditative movement to support both immediate stability and long-term resilience.
We are trauma-informed and resiliency-focused — what we call TIRF — and we intentionally design care that helps individuals build insight, regulation, connection, and sustainable change. We recognize that many people are navigating recovery from more than one thing, often while managing demanding personal and professional lives. Our care is designed to meet that reality with thoughtfulness and respect.
Our Team
Your Expert Team
Our dedicated team is deeply focused on your recovery and your health. We understand the intensity, demands, and unexpected challenges that life can bring. Addiction, traumatic experiences, and psychiatric concerns can shape how we see ourselves and how we function in the world — and we approach this work with both clinical rigor and compassion.
Sovegna is women-owned, and our team is licensed, certified, and board-qualified across disciplines. Collectively, we have dedicated thousands of hours to advanced training and specialty care to ensure the highest standard of treatment. We work collaboratively, drawing on diverse expertise to support each individual with care that is both personalized and effective.
Our clinicians and providers bring a shared commitment to mindful, evidence-based care. Each member of our team contributes unique experience and perspective, united by a common goal: to support healing, resilience, and sustained recovery in a safe and respectful environment.
