Becky is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience helping individuals work through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic pain, life transitions, addiction, and relationship challenges. She has a special passion for supporting couples and blended families as they navigate the unique dynamics of building healthy, connected relationships.
Becky believes that therapy should be both supportive and practical. She works collaboratively with clients to identify meaningful goals, offering personalized tools and strategies to use between sessions while regularly checking in on progress. By combining your own goals with clinical symptom tracking, she helps ensure that your treatment stays focused, effective, and aligned with what matters most to you.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II (CCTP-II), Becky incorporates a variety of evidence-based approaches, tailoring treatment to each client's needs. Her therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
