At Sovegna, we believe that healing should never be out of reach; and I want to personally invite you to take the first step with us. Whether you’re navigating mental health challenges, addiction, burnout, or just looking for a path toward greater clarity and resilience, Sovegna was created with you in mind. We work with professionals, associations, and individuals alike, and our mission is simple: to meet you exactly where you are, with the tools and care to help you move forward.
We understand the demands of modern life. That’s why we offer flexible scheduling, including evening sessions - so that getting support fits into your life, not the other way around. Whether you’re a working professional with a packed calendar, a healthcare provider caring for others, or someone quietly struggling behind the scenes, we will tailor our care to meet your unique needs.
Our team offers a detailed, integrative model of care that includes psychiatry, individual and group therapy, trauma-informed approaches, medication-assisted recovery, and innovative therapies like Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and TMS. No two people are alike, so no two healing plans should be, either.
If you're unsure whether Sovegna is the right fit, that’s okay. Just reach out. A conversation costs nothing - but it could open the door to something truly life-changing. Whether you’re curious about a specific therapy, looking for support for a loved one, or trying to find balance again yourself, we’re here to listen. You don’t have to have all the answers right now. That’s what we’re here for.
Many of our clients are professionals - physicians, attorneys, educators, executives - who have spent years caring for others or achieving for their families, often at the cost of their own well-being. If that sounds like you, know this, Sovegna is a safe, discreet space where you can stop performing and start healing. We’ve built programs specifically with professionals in mind, including evening Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) that prioritize privacy, efficiency, and dignity.
Addiction Recovery Medicine Incorporates Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) — e.g., methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone — alongside holistic components like outpatient detox, group and individual therapy, meditative movement, nutrition, and integrative psychiatry.
Integrative Psychiatry Combines psychiatric care with other therapeutic modalities to optimize mental health and support long-term recovery.
Individual & Group Therapy Utilizes evidence-based therapies (including attachment and trauma-informed strategies), plus creative channels like art therapy, to build insight and resilience.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) Effective treatment modality for resolving traumatic memories.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Physician-guided ketamine sessions (off-label) paired with professional therapy — often producing rapid benefits for severe depression, PTSD, chronic suicidal ideation, pain, and relapse prevention.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) FDA-approved, non-invasive brain stimulation treatment for mood disorders, OCD, smoking cessation, PTSD, and addiction—often used when conventional treatments fall short .
GLP‑1 Receptor–Agonist Therapy Offers semaglutide or tirzepatide to aid weight management and reduce cravings/compulsive behaviors — a novel support for addiction, gambling, and substance use disorders.
Recovery for Professionals A flexible, evening-friendly intensive outpatient program (IOP) tailored to busy professionals. Includes structured curriculum, group and individual therapy, plus priority access to addiction medicine, psychiatry, KAP, TMS, nutrition, movement, lab services and discreet drug testing.
Wellness Services Nutritional counseling, restorative movement, and spiritual/meditative practices to enhance overall holistic healing.
Selective Outpatient Detox Safe withdrawal protocols for substances like alcohol, opiates, and sedatives as part of MAT.
Primary Care & Integrative Support Addiction-informed primary care, lab testing (genomics, functional medicine), and targeted nutriceuticals provision.
In addition to working with individuals, we proudly partner with organizations that want to provide better mental health access to their members or employees. If you represent a professional association, employer, or licensing board, let’s discuss how we can support your community with evidence-based, compassionate care.
