At Sovegna, we believe in an integrated, multidisciplinary care approach to healing. Our vision is to provide effective individualized and cutting-edge treatment that targets health, wellness, and sustained long-term recovery from addiction, trauma, and psychiatric concerns. In our pursuit to provide new, evidenced-based therapeutic approaches for our patients, we are thrilled to introduce our new Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP) for Professionals.

What is an IOP?

An Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP) is a type of rehabilitation program designed to provide intensive, structured treatment to individuals who are struggling with addiction or mental health issues. This program is typically offered to professionals who are unable to take time away from work or other responsibilities to attend an inpatient treatment program. IOPs involve group and individual therapy sessions, as well as educational and support programs to help individuals develop the skills and tools necessary to maintain sobriety and mental wellness. An IOP requires a significant time commitment, with therapy sessions several times per week for several weeks or months.

What is unique about Sovegna’s IOP?

At Sovegna, we understand the intensity of career demands, that addiction magnifies struggles at work and home, and that professionals are experts – including at masking addiction. We also know the value of preserving your reputation and dignity while receiving excellent care, the importance of privacy while having accessible and discreet services, the need for flexibility to minimize the disruption of work demands, and that professionals cannot afford to be absent from their careers. For these reasons, we have developed evening programming to accommodate our patient’s work schedules.

Sovegna’s team of multi-disciplinary addiction-recovery experts provides thoughtful and constructive assessments and treatment. Our psychiatrist, Dr. Wiet, addiction specialist, Dr. Chenoweth, and nurse practitioner, Sara Jones, offer integrative psychiatric and/or addiction medicine assessments. Our range of therapeutic modalities includes individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, allowing us to tailor treatment to each patient’s unique needs. Additionally, Sovegna’s IOP includes mindfulness and movement classes, and experiential therapy, which includes art, music, and nutrition – all under one roof. Our clinic provides a one-stop shop for mental health and addiction treatment, making it easy for professionals to receive comprehensive care in one convenient location.

The length of treatment at our IOP is 4 – 8 weeks, 9 – 12 hours/week. Our aim is your long-term recovery. We help you create a path of authentic recovery by addressing critical obstacles that are preventing restoration and resiliency. Our effective therapeutic approach is based in neuroscience and wellness. All our providers and therapists are trauma-informed and resilience-focused. This holistic integration leads to an innovated life. We want to see our clients recover and flourish.

Our goal at Sovegna is to ensure our patients receive services that enhance and restore health, dignity, and safety in their workplace, careers, and personal lives. If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction and has been unable to seek treatment due to professional obligations, call us today at (385) 429-9808 or visit our website here.
